The Grammys is music’s biggest night and the Recording Academy served it justice yesterday. While performances by The Beachboys and Bruce Springsteen were a great surprise to some, the voices of Katy Perry and America’s sweetheart, Taylor Swift, lifted the hearts of others. There were a lot of significant moments at the 54th annual award show, and one or two not-so-hot occurrences that left us a little confused (HINT: Nicki Minaj). Regardless, it was a show for all. Today the Associated Press reported the death of music icon Whitney Houston. Her death was confirmed by her publicist, Kristen Foster, but the cause and location are still unknown to the public. At age 48, Houston leaves behind her teen daughter, Bobbi Kristina.  Continue reading HERE.
